ShanDaria Introduces “Good As I Look”
Charlotte, North Carolina artist ShanDaria is back with “Good As I Look,” a confident R&B track centered on self-worth, confidence, and knowing what you bring to the table. The song blends R&B and soul with a hip-hop influence, continuing the grown-woman sound ShanDaria has been developing through her recent music.
ShanDaria has been singing since childhood and draws inspiration from artists including Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Faith Evans, and Jazmine Sullivan. After stepping away from music and building a career as an entrepreneur in Charlotte’s hair and beauty industry, she eventually returned to recording with a focus on creating music rooted in real-life experiences.
Her catalog includes singles such as “Rid Of You” and “Livin,” with her music touching on love, loss, personal growth, and self-worth. She also has a holiday release, “Santa,” set to return this season.
“Good As I Look” keeps that same personal approach while putting confidence front and center. It’s a track about recognizing your value, carrying yourself accordingly, and feeling just as good as you look.
